As the start of a new year begins, we look forward with a sense of opportunity as a changing of the calendar often ushers in.  Many of us will at least plan some adjustments to our outlook and lifestyle, aka the dreaded “resolutions”.  Whatever your personal goals are, we can all agree that 2020 certainly shed some light on the fact that life is not always predictable.

This will be our first full year of existence at Iron Wolf Wine.  While 2020 was eventful in a planning and preparing sense, 2021 will focus on sharing our wines and stories with you as we welcome new members to The Pack.  Under “normal circumstances” this would mean endless miles of travel, an agenda full of events, and a lot of pouring, swirling, and tasting of our wine in shops and restaurants.

In 2021, we are tasked with the assignment of how to creatively share the visceral experiences that only wine can provide.  We have had discussions about virtual wine tastings and dinners to set the table for the actual events that we all anxiously await.  We know that these are not that same, but we appreciate any chance to connect with you, even if we are across town or on the other side of the globe.  We will utilize technology to safely interact with clients and customers when face to face meetings are not possible.  We are planning interactive events that will allow participants to have some sense of connecting through food, wine, and conversation.  As a plus, if my jokes and banter fall flat, there is that handy mute button!  Please visit our website and social media posts to stay updated on events!
